Description

This super comforting, fragrant pain pack is filled with organic flaxseed, yarrow, motherwort and other flowers and herbs traditionally used to promote a less painful period. Just warm or chill and place on the womb area, lower back or on the breasts to help relieve tenderness.

Warm in the microwave for up to 90 seconds in 30 second bursts or wrap in foil and place on a warm radiator for 15 minutes.
Check temperature before placing on stomach or back to avoid burn injury.

Alternatively, seal in a plastic zip-lock bag and keep in the freezer as a cool pack.

Made from 100% cotton outer with 100% cotton Calico inner containing the filling.

Do not wet or wash.
Store in a ziplock bag when not in use.
