Ashwagandha has been used by the traditional Indian Ayurvedic medicine system for over 4000 years and is also known as Indian Ginseng. It is the powdered root of the Physalis fruit plant,, which incidently is exceptionally high in Vitamin C.

Add 1/2 – 1 teaspoon to hot chocolate, tea,water, juice or a smoothie. Stir/shake and consume, once or twice daily.
